Having received regular massages for the past 40 years, this is clearly the best I've experienced to date.
It must be my time to receive this healing.
Enjoyed my sessions with May, had been struggling with muscle tightness issues in my lower legs for a long time which has vastly improved. The biggest takeaway for me was gaining awareness of muscles and movements I wasn't aware of causing other areas to work that didn't need to be working causing my tightness.
I can positively say that after a few sessions I felt a noticeable improvement - more and more so after each session. The sessions and information provided have helped me learn so much, which I can now remember and utilise in my day to day life. I feel so much more aware of myself.
I was extremely happy with the massage I received from May. I literally walked out straighter than when I walked in. She found the right spots easily and focussed on them. I'm used to going to Thai massage places on the peninsula. I get one massage a week. This was definitely at another level from them. The way that I was assessed at the beginning all the way through.
